If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, contact us at support@fluxopus.eu with a clear statement of your decision. We will reimburse all payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

If you have actively used the Service during the withdrawal period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

Our platform: Fluxopus and its original content, features and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
