Getting Started

Fluxopus helps you identify repetitive tasks, measure how much time they cost, automate them, and track your savings — all in one place. This guide walks you through the first setup in under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Sign Up & Log In

  1. Go to fluxopus.eu and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your name, email, and a password (6+ characters)
  3. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link
  4. Log in — you'll land on your personal dashboard

Joining a team? Ask your admin for the company sign-up link. It pre-links your account to the right company automatically.

Step 2: Complete the Questionnaire

The quickest way to get started is the guided questionnaire.

  1. On the dashboard, click Start Questionnaire
  2. Answer 14 short questions about your daily work (takes ~5 minutes):
    • What department and role do you work in?
    • Which tasks do you repeat most?
    • What tools do you use?
    • How painful are these tasks, and how automatable are they?
  3. Fluxopus auto-creates 3 tasks from your answers

You can pause and resume at any time — your progress is saved automatically.

Step 3: Review Your Tasks

Go to Tasks in the sidebar to see everything Fluxopus created for you. Each task shows name, status, time before, and frequency.

Task status flows through four stages:

Click any task to open its detail page. Fill in Time Before (current minutes per occurrence) to unlock accurate time savings calculations.

Step 4: Check Your Analytics

Go to Analytics in the sidebar to see your ROI.

Time savings formula: (Time Before − Time After) × frequency multiplier × 12 months. Frequency multipliers: daily = 20×/month, weekly = 4×/month, monthly = 1×/month.

Step 6: Run an AI Skill

Requires a Pro (€79/mo), Business (€199/mo), or Enterprise plan.

Skills are AI-powered automations that run workflows for you.

  1. Go to Skills in the sidebar → click New Skill
  2. Describe what you want automated in plain language
  3. Review the generated prompt and tool selection
  4. Click Run — results and insights are saved to your Knowledge Base

Before running skills that touch external apps, connect them via Connections in the user menu. Each connection uses a secure OAuth flow — your credentials are never stored in plain text.
